Your website is full of answers.
But your visitors can't find them.

Contexto is an AI concierge built for knowledge-heavy organisations. It knows your content, understands who's asking, and gets every visitor to exactly what they need: without menus, search bars, or dead ends.

60–70% of searches now end without a single click to a website. AI absorbed that traffic and it is not coming back.

The visitors who reach your site are your highest-intent audience.
Don't make them work for it.

They navigated past every AI summary, every zero-click result, and landed on you deliberately. They came for something specific: a clinical trial, an enrolment pathway, a research collaboration, a program they heard about.

If they can't find it quickly, they leave. And until now, you had no way of knowing who they were, what they needed, or that they'd even shown up.

Generic chatbots don't fix this. They deflect, they guess, they surface whatever's already on the page.

Contexto is different. It knows your organisation, it reads who's asking, and it gives them a precise answer. Sourced, cited, and in your voice.

Not a Chatbot.
A concierge that actually knows your organisation.

Generic AI tools answer from the internet. They don't know who you are, who's asking, or what your organisation actually does. Contexto is different by design. It is trained on your published content, briefed through a structured onboarding, and calibrated to the specific audiences you serve.

The result isn't a search bar with a chat interface bolted on. It's a high-end concierge that reads context, asks the right clarifying question when it needs to, and delivers a precise answer, the kind your best staff member would give, available to every visitor, at any hour.

Page-aware
Contexto always knows which page the visitor is on. Someone on your clinical trials page gets a different answer to the same question as someone on your about page.
Audience-aware
A clinician and a patient asking about the same program get completely different answers. Segmentation questions establish who's asking. Naturally, only when it matters.
Organisation-aware
Onboarding teaches Contexto your tone, your priorities, your answer rules, and your audiences. It doesn't just know your content, it knows how you'd want to present it.
Remembers returning visitors
A visitor who identified as a researcher last week doesn't get re-qualified this week. Cookie-based session memory picks up exactly where they left off.
Guided next steps
When a visitor signals interest in a program, membership, or trial, Contexto surfaces the right call to action. Not a generic link, a specific contextual nudge at the right moment.
Grounded in your content only
Every answer comes from your published website, not the internet. No fabricated references, no hallucinated programs, no answers that contradict your own policies.

Up and running in days. No engineering required.

No developers, no data migration, no lengthy implementation project. Contexto is self-service from day one.

You teach Contexto who you are
A structured onboarding questionnaire walks you through your organisation. Contexto asks about your audiences, tone, priorities, and exactly how specific questions should be handled. Fully self-service.
Contexto reads your site
Contexto indexes your publicly published website. No file uploads, no data migration. Your content is already there, Contexto just learns to navigate it perfectly.
One line of code and you're live.
A single embed places the widget on your site. Fully branded, fully configured. Your visitors start getting precise answers immediately.
Your visitors start telling you things
Every conversation feeds back intelligence: who's asking, what they need, what your site doesn't answer. Surfaced automatically. No transcripts to read.
Audience intelligence

Every question your visitor asks is something they're trying to tell you.

You've invested years in your content. Google Analytics tells you how many people showed up and how quickly they left. It tells you almost nothing about who they were, what they needed, or whether they found it.

Are the people visiting your research programs page prospective PhD candidates or potential industry partners? Are students exploring your uni site two years from enrolling or weeks? Right now, you have no idea. That's not a data problem. It's a conversation problem.

Contexto turns every visitor interaction into qualitative intelligence. Automatically analysed, automatically surfaced. No transcripts to read. No survey to deploy. Just a clear picture of who's actually showing up and what they need.

Who
Role, career stage, intent — captured naturally in conversation, not inferred from page views.
What
The real questions visitors are asking — not the pages they clicked, but the needs they voiced.
Where
Which pages generate the most questions and what those questions reveal about missing content.
Gaps
Topics visitors ask about that your site doesn't answer. Your next content brief, written by your own audience.

We built Contexto because we kept watching the same thing happen.

Over those years we've delivered some of the country's most sophisticated content platforms, built on careful information architecture and considered navigation, with sector expertise running through every decision. And then we'd open the analytics and watch people arrive, wander, and leave without finding what they came for. The content was there. The problem sat in the layer between the visitor and the answer, and that's the layer nobody was really building.

That's the layer Contexto is. It knows a clinician asks about a trial in a different language to a patient. It knows a university needs to speak very differently to a seventeen year old choosing a course and a forty year old returning to study. A generic chatbot doesn't know any of that, and you can't talk one into it with a clever prompt. You learn it by spending fifteen years inside these organisations, and that is the part we've already done.

Contexto Coach.
Your new digital strategist assistant.

Contexto Coach takes everything Contexto knows about your visitors and connects it to everything your analytics tools know about their behaviour.

The result is a strategic conversational intelligence layer that has never existed before: not another dashboard, but a precise, contextual feed of what to fix, what to build, and what to stop doing. Built on the only tool that knows both the numbers and the conversation behind them.

Built for the sectors where content complexity is the hardest problem.

These aren't just large websites. They're organisations with multiple audience types, high-stakes information, and real consequences when the wrong person gets the wrong answer.

Health Organisations
Patients, clinicians, researchers, and funders are all on the same site, all needing precise and appropriate answers to very different questions. Contexto serves all of them correctly, without any single response compromising another.
Research Institutions
Deep content libraries, niche audiences, and collaboration opportunities that take real effort to surface. Contexto connects the right researcher, partner, or funder to the right opportunity, before they give up and go elsewhere.
Universities and Vocational Education
A 17-year-old deciding on a course, a 40-year-old returning to study, a parent comparing institutions, an industry partner looking to collaborate. The same website, completely different conversations. Contexto handles all of them.
Professional associations
A prospective member weighing up whether it's worth joining, a long-standing member chasing CPD requirements, an employer verifying credentials, a journalist after the sector's position. The same site, four very different conversations. Contexto handles each without confusing them.
Government agencies
A citizen trying to work out what they're entitled to, a business navigating compliance, a staff member from another department looking sideways across the site, media looking for the official line. Contexto gets each one to the right answer without sending everyone through the same generic front door.
Not-for-profits and peak bodies
Donors, the people you exist to serve, volunteers, member organisations, media. Five groups with very different reasons for being on your site, and responses that need to sit at completely different emotional registers. Contexto reads the intent and answers accordingly.

Questions about Contexto

Everything you need to understand what Contexto is, how it works, and what makes it different.

Contexto is a white-label AI concierge widget designed for knowledge-heavy websites — specifically health organisations, universities, and research institutions. It embeds into a client's existing website and provides a conversational AI interface that answers visitor questions using only the organisation's published content. Unlike generic AI chatbots, Contexto is configured with deep organisational context during an onboarding process, making it audience-aware, page-aware, and organisation-aware.
ChatGPT and other general-purpose AI tools answer from the entire internet and have no specific knowledge of your organisation. Contexto answers exclusively from your published website content — no hallucinations, no external references, no contradictions of your own policies. It also knows who's asking: a structured onboarding process gives Contexto your tone of voice, your audience personas, your answer rules, and your priorities. The result is a fundamentally different experience — one that feels like your most knowledgeable staff member, not a generic AI assistant.
No. Every answer Contexto provides is drawn exclusively from the organisation's publicly published website content. Contexto never accesses the internet to answer visitor questions. This is a deliberate design decision. It ensures accuracy, prevents hallucinations, and keeps all responses grounded in content the organisation has reviewed and approved. Data is stored in Australia for Australian organisations.
Contexto uses natural segmentation questions, asked only when a visitor's question requires audience-specific context. For example, if a visitor asks about a clinical program, Contexto might ask whether they're a clinician looking to refer patients or a patient seeking information. These segmentation signals are stored in a session cookie, so returning visitors are recognised and don't need to re-qualify. For platforms with logged-in users, Contexto can also use known user data to personalise responses further.
More relevant than ever. As no-click search rises above 60–70% in knowledge-intensive industries, the visitors who do reach your website represent your highest-intent audience as they are people who specifically sought you out. That makes the quality of their on-site experience more critical, not less. Contexto ensures those visitors find exactly what they need, immediately, through the most natural interface available today: conversation.
Contexto surfaces qualitative audience intelligence that traditional analytics tools cannot provide. This includes: the actual questions visitors are asking (not just the pages they visited), the audience segments generating those questions, content gaps (topics users ask about that the site doesn't currently answer), and high-intent signals. All of this is automatically analysed and distilled. Organisations receive actionable insights without needing to read individual conversation transcripts.
Contexto is deployed via a single embed code placed on the client's website. No engineering work required from the client's team. The onboarding process is entirely self-service: a structured questionnaire configures Contexto's tone, audiences, answer rules, and priorities. Contexto then indexes the organisation's publicly published website automatically. Most clients are live within days of completing onboarding.
Contexto Coach is the next evolution of the product which is currently in development. It integrates Contexto's conversation intelligence with external analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and others) to produce a unified strategic intelligence layer. Unlike standard analytics dashboards, Contexto Coach has both quantitative behavioural data and qualitative conversational context, enabling it to surface only the most actionable insights. It is positioned as a digital strategist layer that has not previously existed.
Contexto is a product of Marameo Design, an Australian digital studio with nearly 15 years of experience building websites for health organisations, universities, and research institutions. Marameo's deep sector knowledge is embedded in Contexto's design, from how onboarding questionnaires are structured to how audience segmentation logic works. Clients booking a strategy call speak directly with the Marameo team.
Contexto is priced with a one-time onboarding fee of approximately $999 AUD, covering setup, configuration, and onboarding support. The base subscription starts from $500 AUD per month, scaling with conversation volume. A minimum commitment of 6 months applies, after which billing continues month-to-month. The 6-month minimum exists to allow enough time to gather meaningful audience data and demonstrate measurable value.
