Zero-click search and the origin of Contexto
Around 60–70% of searches now end without a click to any website. The visitors who still arrive are the most deliberate audience an organisation has — and they land on sites designed for browsing, not answering. We built Contexto because our clients' websites were full of answers their visitors couldn't find, and because nobody could tell them what those visitors actually needed. Now the website answers, and the organisation listens.
