What actually comes in Mini — is it a stripped-down version?expand_more
No. Mini is the full concierge: grounded and cited answers, page-awareness, your own personality and tone, answer rules, contextual CTAs, session memory, white-labelling, basic usage analytics, a searchable conversation audit log, and GTM/UTM link tracking so you can measure the traffic Contexto sends into your site. It is fully managed, GDPR-compliant and regionally hosted. Pro adds the intelligence layer on top; it does not unlock the basics.
What's the difference between Mini and Pro?expand_more
Pro is about getting the intelligence back. It adds intent-aware routing and audience-aware answers, visitor profiling (role, stage and interests, customisable per organisation), the Contexto Coach analytics layer, automated content-gap identification, and monthly audience-intelligence reports. It also raises the included volume to 3,000 conversations a month.
Is PDF and document indexing available now?expand_more
It is coming soon on the Pro plan. Today Contexto indexes your published web pages; making uploaded PDFs and documents answerable inside a conversation is in active development. We'll flag it clearly when it goes live, and it won't change your price.
What is the one-time onboarding fee?expand_more
A single setup fee, sized to how large your website is, covering configuration, indexing and go-live support. We quote it up front before anything is signed — there are no surprises.
Is there a contract or lock-in?expand_more
Billing is month-to-month after onboarding. No lock-in.

We run structured pilots for qualifying organisations — go live, then review together at day 7 and day 14.
What counts as high traffic, and what if we go over?expand_more
The plan volumes are guides, not hard cut-offs. If your traffic runs beyond a plan, we'll look at your analytics together and move you to the right plan or a custom arrangement — we won't silently switch the concierge off mid-conversation.
Do we need technical staff to run it?expand_more
No. It's one line of code to embed, and we handle indexing, tuning and AI costs. Onboarding is a guided conversation, not an IT project.
